Q. Can you deliver my order at a certain time ?
A. Unfortunately we can not guarantee a specific time within your delivery time slot . Though the driver will text you with a live tracking link approx 20 to 30 mins before delivery .

Q.No one will be in to take delivery can you leave my order with a neighbour or in a safe place ?
A. Yes we can do this for you . Ideally leave a delivery instruction in the note box at the check out or email us or use the contact form on the website. *please note orders are left at your own risk.

Q. Can I collect my order ?
A. No we are delivery only and DO NOT offer collection. *Please note this is due to parking restrictions and our tenancy agreement. People who unexpectedly turn up will be turned away .
